How I take your project to launch
Work directly with me: agree on scope, review progress and check the launch. The code, access and instructions stay with you.
AI helps with the work. I own the result.
I work through the problem, choose the approach, review the code and accept the result. AI agents help write code, tests and documentation. I am your point of contact for the project.
Each project has rules for working with its code: understand the system and make a plan, then implement and test the changes. Decisions that affect architecture, data or deployment need my approval.
You see progress along the way and receive a report on checks and limitations. Code and documentation are handed over together so another developer can continue the work.
1. Understand the task and the existing system
2. Define the result and how to verify it
3. Agree on substantial changes
4. Test the code and update the docs
5. Show the result and explain its limits
What keeps a service running
Data isolation
In my own projects, services and databases are separated, and administrative access is protected by a VPN. Access rights and data location are part of the design.
Reusing proven solutions
My products share services for sign-in, cloud saves and telemetry. I reuse existing solutions where they fit the task and reduce development work.
Controlled releases
Builds and launches follow a defined process. Each version is linked to its code and checks, so it is clear what went onto the server.
A way back to a working version
My deployment process checks the service response and restores the previous version if startup fails. Rollback is planned before an update.
Visible progress
I track tasks in Jira and document decisions. Metrics and alerts help spot failures after launch and investigate their causes.
Testing real scenarios
I check key user actions, service interactions and data handling. My report states which checks passed and what still needs attention.
What would you like to launch or improve?
Tell me what is getting in the way and what you want to achieve. You do not need a technical brief — I will help clarify the task and propose a scope.
