Services

Automation and backend

When people move the same data every day, code can handle the routine. I connect forms, CRM, spreadsheets and messengers, with processing and notifications built in. Where existing tools fall short, I build a service or extend your backend.

What I help with

  • Leads from different channels have to be entered into the CRM by hand
  • Regular reports take hours of spreadsheet work
  • Incoming emails and messages need sorting and draft replies
  • You need an API, a new feature or a faster existing service

What you get

  • A working process and a data-flow diagram your team can use
  • Checks for the main scenarios and failure notifications
  • Accounts and keys under your control, with agreed limits on paid API usage
  • Checks before writing data, making payments or sending messages, with human approval where needed
  • Code and documentation for maintenance and further development

Pricing

Automation of one processfrom $690
AI assistant, one channelfrom $1,190
Small backend/API taskfrom $990

These are starting prices. We agree on the exact price and scope before work begins. One round of revisions is included. Domain, hosting and paid APIs are billed separately to your accounts.

From first message to launch

  1. Your task

What you want to launch, improve or stop doing by hand. A couple of sentences is enough.

  2. The approach

I clarify the details and suggest a solution. We can discuss it in writing or on a call if you prefer.

  3. The agreement

We define the result, scope, timeline and price before development starts.

  4. Development

You see progress, try the work and discuss revisions along the way.

  5. Launch and handover

We check that it works. You receive the code, access and instructions to keep using it.

Questions and answers

Does it have to use AI?

AI is useful for working with emails, messages and documents. Moving data and following fixed rules is usually simpler with regular code. I choose the approach around the process and its running costs.

Who pays for services and AI usage?

External services are billed to your accounts. Before launch, we discuss expected request volumes, pricing and spending limits. Running costs depend on usage.

What about personal data?

Before development, we define what data the process needs, who can access it and what goes to external services. I reflect those decisions in the implementation and documentation.

Tell me what is getting in the way and what you want to achieve. You do not need a technical brief — I will help clarify the task and propose a scope.
